The Canadiens Announce an Interesting Press Conference, and Two Players Are Targeted
The Montreal Canadiens organization has indeed called reporters for a press conference that we are eagerly awaiting.
Head coach Martin St-Louis will therefore answer questions about his lineup for the day at that time.
Will David Savard be in the lineup?
Will Patrik Laine be in the lineup?
The answer will come during this press briefing. Let's remember that we already know
Samuel Montembeault will be in goal for his team this Saturday evening at the Bell Centre.
The Montreal Canadiens announce a press conference at 4:45 PM
Here is an excerpt from the official press release:
«Since the team was in action the day before, there will be no morning skate on Saturday. Subscribe or follow the team on social media to watch the pre-game media availability around 4:45 PM.»Montreal Canadiens
It would certainly be good to have Savard and Laine in the lineup, two fresh and rested players.
As reported by Renaud Lavoie earlier today, Laine was on the ice for nearly 30 minutes, skating and working on his shot:
Laine, 26 years old, has accumulated 10 points in 13 games this season, with a -5 plus-minus.
Savard, 34 years old, has accumulated 10 points in 35 games this season, with a +1 plus-minus.
