Special Guest Attended the Canadiens Game Last Night, Organization Has Released a Statement
The Montreal Canadiens were in San Jose last night to face the Sharks. Despite an overall average game, Martin St-Louis' squad managed to escape with a 4-3 victory.
That said, as the Canadiens organization itself announced, there was a special guest at last night's game.
«The Big Bird, Larry Robinson, is in the house tonight.»

A Special Mention from the Montreal Canadiens
The organization even released a brief statement to highlight this special guest.
He clearly brought some luck to the Sainte-Flanelle!
Larry Robinson, now 73 years old, was a 6-foot-3, 220-pound defenseman.
A second-round pick by the Montreal Canadiens in 1971 (20th overall), he amassed 958 points in 1,384 career games in the National Hockey League, the vast majority with the Habs (208 goals and 793 penalty minutes).
He also served as an assistant coach for the San Jose Sharks from 2012 to 2015 and was the head coach of the Los Angeles Kings (1995 to 1999) and the New Jersey Devils (1999 to 2006).
It was truly great to see him again.
