The Montreal Canadiens forward, Patrik Laine, has just confirmed the rumor that had indeed been circulating about him.
As expected, Laine is dealing with a hand injury, and we're not talking about a minor one.
"I broke my finger in the second game. I couldn't really hold my stick, and shooting is what I do. I was disappointed."

It's clear that a Patrik Laine who can barely grip his stick or shoot isn't going to be much use in the playoffs.
