Montreal Canadiens Announce Injury to Forward and Issue Official Statement

The Montreal Canadiens were back at work today, and we received several updates.
First of all, please note that forward Josh Anderson was absent, as he required a treatment day even after the long break.
This says a lot about his current condition, and it is obviously not good news.
In addition to Anderson, the Canadiens announced another new injury.

In a press conference in the past few minutes, Martin St-Louis mentioned that Pezzetta was injured before the break and is still not back to 100%.

As for Patrik Laine and Joel Armia, they were obviously absent.
Pezzetta, 26 years old, has 0 points in 14 games this season with the Canadiens, along with 10 penalty minutes and a -4 rating.
Anderson, 30 years old, has 18 points in 56 games this season with the Canadiens, along with 56 penalty minutes, and he is having an excellent season.
