Head coach Martin St-Louis has just officially announced that Laine will NOT be in the lineup tonight, still due to the flu.
It's unfortunate for Laine, who is struggling so much with flu symptoms that he is unable to help his team, but this confirms that Joshua Roy will be in the lineup.
Head coach Martin St-Louis seemed quite discouraged by this news during his press conference, but he also appeared eager to see young Roy back in action.

And here is the confirmation for Laine:
Our fears have been confirmed, as the Canadiens must now play their most crucial games of the season (in the playoff race) without their highest-paid player.
Montreal absolutely needed to win in Calgary and must win tonight to stay alive in the playoff race.
Unfortunately, these key games are being played without Patrik Laine, and there is no indication that he will be back for the next game.
At the time of writing, the Canadiens are currently four points out of a playoff spot.
Another loss tonight could effectively knock Montreal out of the race, making Laine's absence all the more frustrating and unfortunate.
More details to follow.
