Several months after his serious injury suffered at the very beginning of the 2023-24 season, we are starting to hear more and more about forward Kirby Dach. It's a good thing.

He was notably at a press conference recently.

Fascinating Revelation Involving Dach

We know that Kirby suffered a major setback for his development by missing an entire season at such a young age, but Martin St-Louis had a brilliant idea to allow the youngster to continue his learning despite everything.

St-Louis took matters into his own hands to prevent the season from being a total loss for number 77.

It's extremely rare to see this, in fact, it's probably a first in the NHL, but Martin summoned Kirby to participate in pre-game meetings. Wow!

A truly unique and motivating approach for him, which could certainly help him in the long term.

"Dach is invited to pre-scout meetings to stay involved, it's great for him!"

It adds to the magic of having a coach like MSL. Imagine how rewarding it must be for Kirby to participate in these meetings and to give his opinion.
