An interesting proposal involving Patrik Laine and Cole Caufield has indeed been submitted on BPM Sports. After an absolutely extraordinary stretch, things have been much more difficult recently for Patrik Laine, and the Canadiens' power play has also been struggling.
In an attempt to shake things up a little, an interesting proposal was made during Georges Laraque's show.
It could help Caufield and send a small message to Laine.

You have a guy who is always cheating to his side to prevent him from shooting!
Caufield was clicking, he was on an incredible rhythm on the power play before Laine arrived and took his spot.
Laine doesn't put in the work that Caufield does, he doesn't deserve it.
I'm giving the power play back to Caufield, his office on the first unit, and I'm putting Laine on the second (unit).»
