Montreal Canadiens forward Alex Newhook, seems to be firmly establishing himself in the Quebec metropolis, both on and off the ice.

After a challenging start to the season, the forward is showing notable progress while acquiring a luxury penthouse worth $1.25 million located in the Cité du Multimédia, just steps away from the Bell Centre.

This condo, which spans three floors, is very modern and appears to be quite comfortable.

Among its impressive features, a private rooftop terrace offers a spectacular view of Montreal, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Inside, the spacious and bright areas, enhanced by numerous windows, highlight a well-thought-out modern design.

The main floor looks stunning , especially with the piano!

Modern and up-to-date, the condo was renovated in 2019, ensuring a pristine and welcoming interior.

This new real estate purchase reflects Newhook's growing integration into the city and his commitment to his team.

Although the connection between this lifestyle change and his athletic performance remains uncertain, it's clear he has created an environment conducive to focus and success.

Quietly, if Alex Newhook manages to establish himself as a solid top-6 player in the National Hockey League, it will be huge for the Montreal Canadiens' rebuild.

He has certainly shown good "flashes," but he needs to be more consistent.

Let's recall that Newhook was acquired by Kent Hughes shortly before the 2023 NHL Draft from the Colorado Avalanche.
