Another Quebecer has just joined the prospects who will have their chance with the Montreal Canadiens in the coming weeks.

After ignoring Quebec players during the 2024 draft, the Montreal Canadiens have now added two as "undrafted players."

First, there was Jules Boilard.

And now, there's Justin Larose.

The Montreal Canadiens give a chance to forward Justin Larose

A name to watch at the next camp.

«Justin Larose of the Tigres will also be at the Canadiens' development camp.

His teammates in Victoriaville last year, Pier-Olivier Roy and Joseph Henneberry, will go to the Oilers' and Stars' camps.» - Via Mikaël Lalancette

Larose, 19 years old, is a 5-foot-9, 165-pound forward.

He amassed a solid 80 points in 67 games this season with the Victoriaville Tigres in the QMJHL, including 38 goals!

He added 16 points in 14 playoff games and he could really become a smart acquisition for the Habs.

Details to follow.
