Phil Kessel is one of the most unique characters in the National Hockey League, having played for the Boston Bruins, the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Arizona Coyotes. The 33-year-old winger has 904 points in 1122 NHL games. While he is well "plumped" and doesn't look as fit as Shea Weber, Kessel is an iron man who has missed about 20 games in his 15-year career.

That being said, all this to indicate that Kessel could be out of Arizona by the start of the next campaign. Even though he has 43 points, including 20 goals, in 56 games in 2021, his name is on the list of players who could change addresses. By the way, it was the player himself who reportedly requested a trade... I guess the organization's latest moves, including contracts for players who are no longer playing, have not made him happy.
According to Craig Morgan, who covers the Arizona Coyotes, the team would like to keep the services of its best forward, but his desire is not the same as the organization. Kessel has an average salary of $6.8 million and that will end after next season. Despite this, his name does not seem to be very popular on the market... Yet, a good scorer, who won two Stanley Cup with the Penguins, many teams need him, right? His attitude!
In any case, if Kessel leaves this team, the friend Andre Tourigny will not have a big club in front of him, especially on the offensive side, when no big star sits there...
