We all know how attached P.K. Subban is to the city of Montreal and to all the people of this city who love him dearly. Subban still has a foot on the ground in Quebec, thanks to his involvement with the Montreal Children's Hospital. I remind you that he donated $10 million to the Foundation of this hospital in 2015.
In short, after two years without grazing this institution and the city of Montreal due to COVID-19, the former crowd favorite of the Montreal Canadiens between 2010 and 2016 was finally able to shake hands (and grant several hugs) with the people he loves.
"Montreal... it's always good to be back! Every time I come back, it gets better and better! Acquaintances have become friends and friends have become family. After not being back for almost 2 years, I was reminded again of the support we get from everyone in the city!" said Subban.
What a man! What a speech he gave to everyone involved in this cause! Even though P.K. has been criticized for a ton of things, no one can take away his big heart... NO ONE!
"My visits are never long enough, lol... but you make me feel like I never left every moment. Thank you to my @pksubbanfoundation team, mostly "badass" women who just do things right. Also, thanks to all the volunteers, sponsors and everyone @lechildren, you guys are the best!"
The Fanadiens team would like to thank the man that is P.K. Subban as he inspires the younger players to do many great things!
