This past season, the Toronto Maple Leafs finally got over their first-round hump after defeating the Tampa Bay Lightning in six games. While Leafs fans were excited to finally move on, they were quickly bounced in the 2nd round falling to the Panthers in five games.
A report from Luke Fox from when the Leafs were still in the playoffs has been brought up and it shows how poor the Leafs' locker room is.

Most teams who go far in the playoffs typically do things as a unit. With there being a massive division in the Leafs' locker room, it appears they may never win a cup with this core or they may need to trade some of their most pivotal players.
