During game 1 of the Battle Of Alberta, after a stoppage in play between the Flames and Oilers, Matthew Tkachuk laughed at Evander Kane and asked him if he wanted money.

Evander Kane has gone bankrupt in recent years and Tkachuk took the opportunity to laugh at him.

And then while sitting in the penalty box, Tkachuk said «you poor bastard».
