Martin St-Louis has just directly retaliated against the Senators and the Canadiens have made a very interesting announcement
Clearly, the Ottawa Senators can't get over how Arber Xhekaj roughed them up last year.
Once again, as they face the Montreal Canadiens, they're putting up a very beefed-up lineup, including all their tough guys and leaving out all their top players.
Even journalists from Ottawa don't understand it and didn't see it coming.

Most teams will field an almost final team for their last preseason game; it's logical and an unwritten rule.
The Sens completely ignored that, and many think it's a total lack of respect from D. J. Smith towards the Canadiens and Martin St-Louis.
Even Sylvain St-Laurent, who covers the Sens, is scratching his head.
That says a lot.
In short, Martin St-Louis responded. He's fielding (as expected) an almost full lineup, but he made sure to include Arber Xhekaj AND Michael Pezzetta in his lineup.
This promises to be interesting!
