Jean-François Houle just added a ton of pressure on Cayden Primeau

Cayden Primeau is having a tough time as I write this, having seen Marc Bergevin add Samuel Montembeault to the Montreal Canadiens' goaltending staff. On top of that, the Laval Rocket's head coach said that he and Michael McNiven will be fighting for the Rocket's number one goaltender position.
Primeau, who everyone thought would play 50 games in a Laval Rocket jersey this year, will have to fight once again to prove that he is really the future in front of the Habs' cage. However, for now, McNiven is tied with Montembeault and slightly ahead of him...
That being said, if we trust Jean-François Houle's comments, it seems clear for the moment that Montembeault will start the 2021-22 schedule with the Montreal Canadiens. Otherwise, between you and me, he would have put his former protégé in the same ring as the other two, right?
I would like to take this opportunity to point out that I am still unable to believe the Montreal Canadiens organization about Carey Price. He was supposed to skate yesterday, but they suddenly announced that he was sick. YES! And what else? Do we have a handle on our back? Let's face it, Price will not be in uniform on October 13th. That's it!
