"When he arrived, he called the whole team. The management staff, the support staff, everybody in the locker room. And we have people in the organization in Montreal who have been there for over 30 years. And they left that meeting saying that was the best speech they've ever heard in hockey.
And I can't reveal what was said, but he's just one of those people who, you know, I'm sure there are skeptics. When they hired him and he was coaching, I think, in bantam hockey he said... But he's a guy who really believes in himself and what he does. And what he did for our team, I mean guys, we started playing above the level we were playing before, but we were having so much fun getting better. He was coaching us not only as players, but as individuals." - Chris Wideman
