Chantal Machabée reveals the special nickname the Habs players gave her

In the last few days, the excellent Chantal Machabée gave a very interesting interview, on TVA, on the show Sucré salé, with Patrice Bélanger.
As reported by our colleagues at GoHabsGo.com, she revealed that she is quietly starting to have a new nickname within the Montreal Canadiens.
"When I was a reporter," she mentioned, "I was accused of mothering the players. But now I'm doing it for real. They can't accuse me anymore, it's part of my job!"
Being a good mom is in her nature and clearly, she transposes that to work with the CH players. That's why she got the great nickname "Mom"!
"Nick (Suzuki) and Cole (Caufield), they're my two little guys that I love and love to protect and they often say to me, 'Thanks Mom'!
A nickname that is becoming more and more common within the organization and we love it. It suits him very well and it says a lot about his dedication to work and to his players.
