Kasimir Kaskisuo, the new goaltender for the Laval Rocket, has a YouTube channel and is very active on social media, which is quite rare for a hockey player. He didn't waste any time before starting to share content with his audience.
His wife, who is also very active on the web, recently published a beautiful video to show how great it is for their family to arrive in Quebec, expressing her love for Montreal.
Now, following his wife Whitney, Kasimir has published a 14-minute video discussing his signing with the Laval Rocket and his journey to Quebec.

Imagine how intriguing it would be if he eventually plays with the Montreal Canadiens, or even just with the Laval Rocket. It's wonderful to see how much this trial contract with the Rocket means to Kasimir and his family.
We often forget that players have lives off the ice, complete with their own challenges.
Another interesting point: from the way he talks and is already making plans for February, it seems he will be in Laval for a while and might eventually get a standard AHL contract.
