Breaking news from the Montreal Canadiens: announcement concerning two prospects, one of them being a surprise
In the last few minutes, it has been announced that two prospects from the Montreal Canadiens, the excellent Lane Hutson and goaltender Jacob Fowler, won't be taking a break in the coming days and weeks.
They will officially participate in the U.S. Under-20 national team's summer camp in preparation for the 2024 World Junior Hockey Championship!
Solid! This promises to be exciting!
As for Hutson, it's not surprising at all, but it's a fantastic surprise for goaltender Fowler, who was selected in the third round by the Canadiens in the last NHL draft in Nashville. He's already making waves.
The camp will begin next Thursday, and we'll be keeping a close eye on it for you.
We'll also be monitoring the young sensation Cole Eiserman, a possible top overall pick in the next NHL draft.
Fowler and Hutson with Team USA Junior 2024? It's certainly possible!

Note that Fowler was named Goaltender of the Year in the USHL. He was ranked as the 5th best North American goaltender in the draft, and he seems extremely thrilled to have been drafted by the Habs.
