A host makes a post in which he proposes to trade Brad Marchand and Brad responds directly!
Ian McLaren, who is a popular podcast host and covers Boston Bruins activities, including helming the Locked On Boston Bruins, he recently got quite a surprise.
As many reporters and hosts do, McLaren suggested on his Twitter account, via a post, that the Boston Bruins possibly trade Brad Marchand, should Patrice Bergeron decide to retire.
"If Patrice Bergeron retires, the Bruins should definitely explore the trade market for Brad Marchand."
So far, nothing out of the ordinary, he's stated an opinion. But where it gets pretty amazing is when the main person involved decides to comment!
Brad Marchand, himself, responded to the publication and he commented on this:
"Difficult opinion (to consider, to swallow)" - Brad Marchand
Or, if you prefer the original version:
Wow, his reaction is perfect and we love it! Obviously, it's not too hard to deduce that Marchand doesn't take it too seriously and he just wanted to make a little wink.
