Following recent developments, Gary Bettman and the National Hockey League have just issued an official statement to announce that Milan Lucic has entered the NHL's Player Assistance Program.
It should be noted that Lucic was released from prison today, with conditions, after pleading not guilty.
His trial has been scheduled for January 19, 2024.
Until the hearing, he must adhere to certain conditions, such as not harming his spouse and not consuming alcohol.
It is worth mentioning that if found guilty, he faces up to two and a half years in prison.
