Signing alert for highly promising young goaltender Lukas Dostal
In the last seconds, the Anaheim Ducks have announced the signing of their highly promising young goaltender, Lukas Dostal.

With the likely trade of John Gibson before the start of the upcoming season, Dostal could very well become their number one goaltender as early as next fall.
It's reported to be a 2-year contract with a total value of $1.625 million for the young goaltender Dostal ($812,500 per season).
Dostal, 23 years old, stands at 6 feet 2 inches and weighs 174 pounds. He has been phenomenal in Finland (with a save percentage of 0.941 and a goals-against average of 1.64).
In 23 NHL games, Dostal has a record of 5-12-3, a 3.66 goals-against average, and a .902 save percentage for a team in rebuilding mode.
