According to renowned TSN insider Darren Dreger, the Sabres have officially received significant trade offers, and we have every reason to believe that one of these offers involves Kent Hughes.
With that in mind, take a look at what Dreger just reported.
"The Buffalo Sabres have received numerous offers, interesting offers for future contracts on a myriad of potentially available Buffalo players.
The Sabres don't need draft picks or prospects.. they need legitimate players on their roster.
Adams remains open to major trades, but this could be a quiet deadline in Buffalo."

Kent Hughes is therefore likely among those who have offered prospects and draft picks in exchange for young, established Sabres players, but that's not what Buffalo is looking for at the moment.
The Buffalo Sabres have received significant concrete trade offers
They will certainly be an interesting team to watch leading up to Friday.
If they were interested in picks and prospects, I'm fairly convinced that some of their players would already have been traded.
This tells us a lot about what they are currently seeking in return for their young, established NHL players.
Cozens, 24 years old, is a big center standing 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 207 pounds. This season, he has recorded 30 points in 58 games, including 11 goals. He also has previous NHL seasons of 68 points and 47 points under his belt.
