According to renowned TSN insider Darren Dreger, the Sabres have officially received significant trade offers, and we have every reason to believe that one of these offers involves Kent Hughes.
We know that the Montreal Canadiens are interested in center Dylan Cozens, and we also know that Buffalo is open to trading him.

Kent Hughes is therefore likely among those who have offered prospects and draft picks in exchange for young, established Sabres players, but that's not what Buffalo is looking for at the moment.
