Elliotte Friedman has made a major statement regarding the health status of Mark Stone, and his career could be in jeopardy
Following a severe back injury, Mark Stone had to undergo two surgeries in just nine months. At the time, some even thought his career could be jeopardized due to the severity of his injury. However, he returned to the game and played a crucial role for the Golden Knights in their conquest of their very first Stanley Cup, scoring a hat trick in Game #5 of the final.
The 31-year-old forward had simply remarkable playoff series, with a tally of 11 goals and 13 assists (24 points) in 22 games. However, on his podcast 32 Thoughts, Elliotte Friedman made a major statement regarding the health status of the Golden Knights' captain.

It's impressive to see the level of play he was able to perform during the series, despite an injury that will continue to impact him for the rest of his career. This is certainly a shocking news for Golden Knights fans who may have to do without his services on many occasions in the coming years.
We greatly hope that he will be able to stay healthy for as long as possible, as he is, without a doubt, one of the NHL's best forwards when he is able to play at full capacity!
