Goaltender Martin Jones Signing Alert
To the surprise of many, in the last few seconds, the Toronto Maple Leafs have announced the signing of another goalie.
They just signed Martin Jones!
A one-season contract with a total value of $875,000 for Jones in Toronto.
Martin Jones, 33 years old, is a 6-foot-4, 203-pound goalkeeper. Last season with the Seattle Kraken, he maintained a GAA of 2.95 with a save percentage of 0.887 and a record of 27 wins and 13 losses.
In his NHL career, he has accumulated 225 wins in 444 games (save percentage of 0.905 and GAA of 2.7).
