He's really a good young forward that the Canadiens have just signed.
Oliver Kapanen, 20, is a second-round pick (64th overall) from 2021, and he scored 34 points in 51 games this season in Finland's top league.
He added a very impressive 14 points in 13 playoff games, including seven goals. Clearly, he is the kind of player who steps up in big moments, and that's exactly what we need in Montreal.
It will be really interesting to see him at the next Canadiens' training camp and to see where he will play next season.
He is definitely the kind of player who could surprise and become an Artturi Lehkonen for Martin St-Louis and his team.
