Kirby Dach Admits Summer Slip-Up and Makes Big Statement in Front of Fans in Brossard
Kirby Dach's name has been drawing a lot of attention since the start of the Montreal Canadiens' 2025 training camp.
That said, we also wanted to talk to you about two other things concerning Dach.
First, his interview with Eric Engels (of Sportsnet), in which he outright admitted that he slipped up last summer when it came to taking his rehabilitation process seriously.
Here's the excerpt that speaks volumes:
"He was much stricter about things like his diet and his sleep, and he spent hours reading instead of partying. - Eric Engels, in his article on Kirby Dach via DLC
Kirby Dach spent hours reading this summer instead of partying like last year
This summer, Kirby Dach learned from his mistakes of the past year, which is obviously a good thing!
Dach has truly changed for the better this year, which is very positive! It's still disappointing to learn that he slipped up a bit last summer, but what really matters is that he learned from it all.
A significant gesture from Kirby Dach live from Brossard
Finally, the second thing we wanted to mention is a meaningful gesture Dach made today in Brossard, which really shows his growth as a serious and motivated athlete.
After a very tough day yesterday (he pushed himself to the limit and was completely exhausted after the session), Dach was the first player to jump on the ice today!
He was already eager to get going again!
These are concrete actions that speak much louder than simple words or promises.
