We finally have news to report for the Montreal Canadiens. Unsurprisingly, young Ivan Demidov is on a regular line, but surprise!
He's not playing with Patrik Laine, as nearly every expert predicted.
Demidov is on a line with Alex Newhook (at center) and Joel Armia.

That also means Patrik Laine is being sent to the fourth line.. Wow! He's clearly taking the hit from Ivan Demidov's arrival in Montreal.

Let's just say the new lines aren't exactly unanimously loved, but at the same time, if Martin St-Louis didn't want to touch Nick Suzuki's line (or Christian Dvorak's), then he wasn't left with 56 options.
