We once again had live action from Brossard today for the Montreal Canadiens, and we witnessed an extremely rare scene.

We keep repeating it: Habs players are extremely motivated and dedicated to having an excellent 2025-26 season, and here's yet another major piece of proof.
It's extremely rare to see this, but once again today, the vast majority of the team was present.. And on top of that, we got an extremely intense session!
You read that right! It practically looks like training camp has already started, and it's only August 27.
If we look at what's happening with other NHL teams, it's very different.
In various NHL practice arenas on this August 27, things are extremely quiet.
In some cities, literally ZERO players have arrived, in others, there are 3-4 players skating more lightly.. Whereas in Montreal, we had this:
"Skating is intense this morning in Brossard. There's a lot of energy on the ice, thanks to Adam Nicholas.

Two guys are really giving it their all: Patrik Laine.. and Kirby Dach.

Interesting."
An almost full practice, extremely intense.

An extremely intense practice in Brossard: has the Montreal Canadiens' training camp already started?

"When I said it was intense.. you can tell by seeing the guys doubled over after an exercise."
I love seeing this!
Also worth mentioning, once again today, one player in particular stood out, and that player was Kirby Dach.
He was on the ice for a third straight day, with good intensity, which is extremely positive!
"This morning, Dach looks confident with the puck.

He shoots. He finds his teammates. He's involved in every drill. Not afraid to go into the corner to battle for the puck either.

It's still not perfect, but it's encouraging nonetheless."
"Long-very long-discussion between Dach and Adam Nicholas at the end of practice.

Of course, the organization wants to make sure his knee is doing well."
Solid work once again from Marc-Olivier Cook, with live footage!
