This is one of the big stories in Quebec right now, and it's really sad, as the head coach of the Montreal Canadiens, Martin St-Louis, suddenly had to leave his team to go join his family, his spouse, and his loved ones.
He left Calgary in a hurry.
We only knew it was for family reasons, but nothing more according to the official team statement.
It is unfortunately because of Martin St-Louis's son
However, David Savard indeed revealed that it is because of his son, which breaks our hearts so much:
Savard probably did not know that this had not been mentioned publicly, but anyway, that's not really what's important.
Knowing that it's because of his son, it's so much worse. We really hope it's not too serious.
