The Montreal Canadiens are back on the ice in the next few seconds, live from the CN Sports Complex in Brossard.
As we reported earlier today, head coach Martin St-Louis gave his players a small gift by allowing them extra rest and pushing back this morning's practice.
Originally scheduled for 10:30 AM, the practice will now take place at noon.
That said, as practice is about to begin, the Canadiens have officially announced that a forward is absent today.

Anderson is still visibly bothered, which is yet another reminder of his incredible toughness as he continues to play game after game despite his condition.
During today's press conference, Martin St-Louis is expected to confirm his lineup for tomorrow's game against the Florida Panthers. He is also likely to confirm that
Samuel Montembeault will be in net and that Josh Anderson will once again be in the lineup.
There will still be a few interesting storylines to watch, including the health status of forward
Joel Armia.
Unless there is a major turn of events, the Canadiens' other Finnish forward (
Patrik Laine) is also expected to be in the lineup against
Aleksander Barkov's Panthers.
Florida holds a 41-22-3 record this season, sitting atop the Atlantic Division.
