On Friday night, during the Los Angeles Kings' crushing 8-2 loss to the Edmonton Oilers, former CH Phillip Danault injured a spectator with a puck. Despite the loss, he took the time to apologize to the man who received the puck on his head.
"Sorry about the puck on your head"
Danault is having a great series, having accumulated 3 points in as many games. He was used more than 22 minutes of time in the first two games of the series and nearly 17 minutes, in a more than losing cause, in the third game. The forward said that this game was a slap in the face...
"It's a big slap in the face and you have to regroup. Fortunately, it's only 2-1 to the Oilers in the series, we have to pick ourselves up next game." - Phillip Danault
