The interim head coach of the Montreal Canadiens, Martin St-Louis, was present at a press briefing during the last minutes and he revealed his line-up for tonight's game.
Here it is :
Caufield-Suzuki-Anderson
Hoffman-Dauphin-Gallagher
Pitlick-Evans-Byron
Pezzetta-Poehling-Lehkonen
Romanov-Chiarot
Kulak-Petry
Clague-Wideman
Montembeault
The only change is Samuel Montembeault who will replace Andrew Hammond.
St-Louis also took the opportunity to send a fairly clear message to Kent Hughes and Jeff Gorton, while some believe that Josh Anderson could possibly be traded.
The head coach gave a big vote of confidence in his first line (Caufield-Suzuki-Anderson) by mentioning that he wants to see this line stay together for a very long time.
I love! It makes a change!
It will be good to have some stability and give the players time to develop a good chemistry. The former coaches of the Habs were known to change lines often.
There, St-Louis would really like Anderson-Suzuki-Caufield to be together for many more years.
