As you know, it's been a little bit under the radar, but Joel Armia did not finish the season with the Montreal Canadiens and he left the club's entourage.
He left for Finland a few weeks ago for family reasons.
Finally, today, Armia just announced some great news: at the same time that his teammates were playing their last game of the 2021-22 regular season against the Florida Panthers at the Bell Centre, Finnish forward Joel Armia became a father to a baby girl named Emma.
As reported by my colleague Christian Matte (Marqueur.com), Armia's spouse shared a beautiful photo on Instagram to announce the arrival of the family's first child.
Congratulations to the new parents!
