Interesting official release from the Montreal Canadiens regarding coach Alex Burrows
Earlier today, the Montreal Canadiens' organization issued an official statement about the club's assistant coach, Alex Burrows.
We get to know more about him and we love it.
A very interesting read.
In particular, the Habs reveal the identity of some of the people who greatly influenced Burrows, and allowed him to be the person as well as the coach he is today for our Habs.
His parents, Carole and Rodney, had a great impact on the man he is now by instilling good values in him.
Some players have also marked him like Trevor Linden, whom the current CH assistant coach admires for his immense class.
The twins Daniel and Henrik Sedin also influenced him with their perseverance and their constant desire to improve.
Some coaches are also named, like Marc Crawford and Alain Vigneault.
John Tortorella is also in the list.
It's a nice way to salute the people who led Burrows to the career he has today.
