Good old Bruce Boudreau got himself a job in the NHL last night. He'll be taking over the reins of the Vancouver Canucks, while Travis Green was fired.

In addition, general manager Jim Benning also put his paws up, afterwards. The BC organization will have to find a new boss.

Some rumors surfaced today that Marc Bergevin, former Habs GM, would be a serious candidate to take over in Vancouver.

Hearing these rumors, the new pilot Bruce Boudreau must not find it funny. Why not?

Let's remember that last winter, José Théodore reported that Boudreau had already made discriminatory remarks towards some French speaking referees by calling them "frogs".

With these statements from "Théo", one wonders if Boudreau has a certain hatred towards French speaking people...

If Marc Bergevin became the GM in Vancouver, it is possible that it creates some internal tensions. After all, Marc Bergevin is fluent in English, but he is still a francophone.

All this is just speculation, however, some questions deserve to be asked.

To be continued...
