Acquisition Alert: Kent Hughes Announces the Signing of Another Goalie, and this Time it's Quebec's Own Zachary Émond
In the last few seconds, under his hat as general manager of the Laval Rocket, Kent Hughes announced the acquisition of another goalie!
After drafting three last week, and signing two including the young Strauss Mann, the Habs organization adds another goalie to their ranks.
"The Rocket agrees to the terms of a two-way, one-season contract with goalie Zachary Émond." - Laval Rocket
Émond, 23 years old, is originally from St-Cyprien and he was drafted by the San Jose Sharks after a successful career in the QMJHL, particularly with the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies and the Saint John Sea Dogs.
