Arber Xhekaj is without a doubt one of the hottest names on the Montreal Canadiens' roster, but he is also one of the most talked about players in the entire NHL.
TSN analyst Gord Miller just recently talked about it. He made a major new revelation that speaks volumes about Xhekaj.
A terrifying statement for NHL forwards, especially those looking for trouble and those with a nasty habit of putting themselves in vulnerable positions.
After extolling Xhekaj, who is having a very strong 2022 training camp in Montreal, Gord Miller revealed that Xhekaj literally terrorized the OHL last season.
According to the well-connected TSN analyst, and according to several OHL coaches, junior players were downright afraid to play against Xhekaj.
He was sometimes a man who played with children.

There are several AHL players who really hope Xhekaj plays in the NHL and never plays in the AHL.
One thing is for sure, Xhekaj already has quite a reputation for toughness and we are very happy to have him in the Montreal Canadiens organization.
And he excels in many other facets of the game. He's not "just" a big, physical, hard-hitting defenseman.
