She mentions how the two brothers have always been extremely close, always together, always inseparable.

Meredith also wanted to thank Matty for being such an incredible uncle and godfather to her young children.
"I can't wait to return the favor with Tripp when I become his aunt. I don't think Johnny could live a day without you, so it comforts me to know that you are obviously still together, but this time in heaven."
