Major: two veteran players finally break the silence regarding Corey Perry and they tell the truth about how he behaved in the locker room
Over the last few hours, now that the dust has settled, two veterans from the Chicago Blackhawks have finally broken the silence regarding their former teammate Corey Perry.
They opened up about the subject and about the departure of a big piece for them.
Nick Foligno and Connor Murphy finally comment
It's worth remembering, of course, that Perry's contract was terminated last month by the Hawks.
Defender Connor Murphy had a lot to say about the good teammate Perry was for the young Hawks

The Blackhawks' assistant captain, Nick Foligno, mentioned how much they currently miss Perry:
« There was a little bit of a lull on that road trip, when the dust settled and you realized [Corey is] really not coming back,» Foligno said. «You could tell the energy he brings...was missing. You mourn that loss, and then you realize, �Alright, it's not changing, so what are we going to do to get the energy back?' We realized other guys have to step up.

Clearly, despite his short stint, Corey Perry really left his mark in the Blackhawks locker room.
Remember, he is currently without a team and he has about a month to file a grievance with the NHLPA for wrongful dismissal.
