Chris Johnston links Canadiens to center the Maple Leafs just placed on waivers

We have a last-minute surprise on the NHL waiver wire, and it's an interesting one for the Montreal Canadiens.
According to Elliotte Friedman, the Toronto Maple Leafs have officially placed center David Kampf on waivers.

Several people believe there will be a bidding war to acquire Kampf.
