I believe the Buffalo Sabres' general manager would accept this trade, but I hope Kent Hughes wouldn't make it.

Martin Lemay admitted that he would also trade for Dahlin, but instead of a draft pick, he would offer Lane Hutson and Cole Caufield.
Dahlin, 24 years old, is a 6 foot 3, 204-pound left-shot defenseman. He was the first overall pick in 2018 and has accumulated 19 points in 25 games this season, with a positive +4 rating.
In his NHL career, he has 311 points in 461 games, including an impressive 73 points in 78 games during the 2022-23 season.
