It's no secret that the Leafs' locker room has had its' fair share of issues recently, but a new comment from one of their stars has fans questioning his attitude.
Marner Throws Teammates Under The Bus
A clip of Mitch Marner speaking to the media was recently analyzed on the Steve Dangle Podcast, and while they might've been looking too far into it, it sure sounds like Marner is blaming his lesser-skilled teammates for the Leafs' woes.

It's not just four guys on our team, it's a full team effort every single night. It's not the narrative a lot of times, but we all know we gotta be better and that's what we're excited to do when we get the season going.» - Mitch Marner
Marner rightfully says that it shouldn't be a four-player effort, but adds that it doesn't always seem that way in Toronto. This sounds to us like Marner is shifting the blame to his depth teammates for not picking up some slack.
