We were treated to a great moment in the Montreal Canadiens locker room after the victory, involving in particular Oliver Kapanen and Alexandre Texier.
The young Kapanen handed the famous wolf head for player of the game to none other than forward Alexandre Texier, who was splendid in the shootout and had a very strong game overall.

See, moreover, what goaltender Jakub Dobes had to say about Texier's move:
"(He did it) to (Sam Montembeault). First practice, he absolutely undressed him. I told him thanks that it wasn't me. He's really good in those situations and we're extremely glad that he's on our team."

Here's the scene in the locker room following the victory and Texier's outstanding move.
Let us recall, of course, that Martin St-Louis' squad won by a score of 2 to 1, in a shootout, Saturday night against the Maple Leafs and live from Toronto, no less.
In the win, Jakub Dobes stopped 22 of the 23 shots directed at him, while Cole Caufield was the only goal-scorer for his team in regulation time (with assists from Juraj Slafkovsky and Ivan Demidov).
And you, who would you send in net for the Montreal Canadiens for this Sunday's game against the St. Louis Blues?
