In recent days, Montreal Canadiens forward Patrik Laine has faced his share of criticism and negative comments. Today, we aim for a more positive "vibe" toward him, as he had a strong game for the Canadiens against the Seattle Kraken.

As Tony Marinaro pointed out in the last few hours, simply by doing everything he could to return to play ahead of schedule and just returning to play at all this season, Laine made a significant gesture for the success of the Montreal Canadiens.
And even on the ice, we are starting to notice small actions that speak volumes.

Patrik Laine makes a meaningful gesture toward Alex Newhook

Notably, in his team's most recent game, take a look at Patrik Laine's reactions.
First, when he scored his goal.
And second, when he set up Alex Newhook with a pass, allowing him to score a goal.
Here's what was noticed and, in my humble opinion, is worth mentioning:
"That's Patrik Laine for you. More passion on Newhook's goal than his own.

Don't mistake his humility for apathy. He clearly cares"

We love it!
Yes, I truly believe this is a small gesture that speaks volumes (in a positive way) about a person.
It's beautiful to see that Patrik Laine is happier watching Alex Newhook score a goal than when he scores one himself.
Laine is a shy and reserved person, but that doesn't mean he doesn't care about others, far from it.
If he continues to play like he did against Seattle for the rest of the season, the Montreal Canadiens have a good chance of making the playoffs!
