We have an interesting new development between the Montreal Canadiens and the Pittsburgh Penguins-and for once, it doesn't involve Sidney Crosby.
An NHL executive genuinely believes that forward Evgeni Malkin could be traded to the Canadiens.
After acquiring right-shot defenseman Noah Dobson, all signs point to the Habs now shifting their focus to bringing in reinforcements up front-likely, more specifically, at center.
Which brings us to Malkin.
