Fans Send Clear Message to Martin St-Louis After Win vs Utah, and One Player Is the Clear Target

There is a situation developing with the Montreal Canadiens that is becoming difficult to understand, and Martin St-Louis will have to respond.
Not only was he the only disappointing player on the team yesterday, but once again, he was used just as much as young
Ivan Demidov (at five-on-five).
And even in terms of "overall" usage, it's far too close - and it's unacceptable.
Thirteen minutes and eighteen seconds, and ten minutes and twenty-seven seconds for Demidov over the last two games.
Eleven minutes and eight seconds, and twelve minutes and forty-four seconds for Veleno over the last two games.
Joe Veleno continues to stir reactions in Montreal
I would love for things to work out for Veleno, but we have to admit it isn't easy for him right now.
"It needs to be examined, the fact that Martin St-Louis is playing Veleno more than Demidov.
It's unacceptable."
Same story, or almost, for last night:
"Only player that played less than Ivan Demidov tonight was Joe Veleno.
That's not good."
Let's just say people are still talking about it today:
"Joe Veleno's solution to absolutely everything is cutbacks, it's hilarious.
Pressured along the wall? Cutback. Forced wide on a zone entry? Cutback. Guy on his back in open ice? Cutback."
"Joe Veleno was a -2 in a 6-2 win tonight
Get him off my team and call up Davidson. Only negative thing I have to say for tonight."
The message for Martin St-Louis is clear!
