Cédric Paquette was injured on his first shift on Saturday afternoon, he left immediately, to come back in the second half and leave once again without coming back. He was struck in the head by Sam Bennett, who received NO sanction for this very questionable act.
While everyone believed in a possible concussion, Dominique Ducharme confirmed that this was not the case. It would be a neck injury, so that's why he would have passed the concussion protocol before returning to action.
By the way, could Bennett receive a call from the National Hockey League Security Department to explain a move that wasn't punished by officials... who certainly had a little mud in their eyes?
