The Montreal Canadiens officially announce the signing of Kirby Dach
The Montreal Canadiens organization has officially announced the signing of forward Kirby Dach:
general manager Kent Hughes announced Wednesday that the team has agreed to terms on a four-season contract (2022-2023 to 2025-2026) worth $13.45 million with forward Kirby Dach.
The deal will pay him an average annual salary of $3.3625 million."

Dach, 21, had nine goals and 17 assists in 70 games last season with the Chicago Blackhawks.
The former third overall pick in the 2019 draft, Dach, 6'4" and 197 lbs, was acquired by the CH in the most recent NHL draft for a first round pick (acquired for Alex Romanov) as well as a third round pick.
