It's one of the news of the day in the hockey world, the dynamic defenseman P.K. Subban has announced his retirement.
It's obviously over for him in the NHL, at least for now.
Let's ask the question. Could we see a reversal of fortune in this matter, as we have seen with many other passionate athletes?
You be the judge, but popular host Jean-Charles Lajoie seems to believe it:
JiC reveals that Subban has received a few offers to try out for the NHL in recent weeks, but the right-handed defenseman wanted a guaranteed contract.
Also, JiC predicts that Subban will be back in the NHL before Christmas.
"There's a desperate general manager somewhere who's going to call in an SOS, and P.K. is going to kayak in if he has to."
- Jean-Charles Lajoie
Can you believe it? Would you like that?
